Longview Timber’s specialty log program produces a wide variety of products for many different customers. These products include cabin logs, character logs, poles, and any other unique log that is difficult to find. The stands we operate in fit well with these products and are capable of producing very high quality logs.

Longview Timber works hard with logging contractors to emphasize quality and maximize utilization. This is essential to ensure the best products are manufactured and shipped out of the woods. It also allows us to cut different specifications to meet custom orders.

Our log yard has a continuous flow of logs which helps us produce specialty products. We utilize the volume moving through the yard to select individual logs for customers. This allows us to produce logs with the same quality and size for each order. It also allows the customer to view the logs before they are shipped.
